Known for her other-worldly haute couture creations, Iris Van Herpen’s work breaks down the boundaries between exceptional artisanal craftsmanship and pioneering multi-disciplinary techniques.
Iris has taken her inspiration from nature, exploring its fragility as well as its pulsating vitality to create this unique collection where embroidery representing fluttering leaves becomes a mystical kind of decorative ornament for the body.
Named “Sensory Illusion”, the line is available in two colourways, each expressing a different interpretation of sensuality: Golden Leaves, a contrast between bronze foliage and graphic black lines, and Silk Rose, a blend of iridescent tones ranging from pale to antique pink.
