In Store Purchases:
- Exchange or store credit for qualifying items* within 14 days.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Store credit is given as a digital Gift Card which does not expire.
- No return authorization required, just bring your items and receipt with you in person.
Online Purchases:
- Return your qualifying items* within 21 days of order fulfillment.
- All refunds in the same form of payment used for purchase.
- Ship the item(s) back via insured, tracked carrier of your choice.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Esprit de la Femme is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Initiate your return by logging in to your account and selecting the order number with the item you'd like to return.
- Select Request Return and select the reason you'd like to return the item.
- We will review the return request and once it is approved, simply send the item back to us with your order number written on a note in the package.
Qualifying Items for Return:
- Returns must have all original tags attached, be in unworn condition.
- Panties, shapewear, hosiery, bodysuits, lingerie that has a gusset/crotch section, are FINAL SALE.
- One piece swimsuits and swimsuit bottoms are FINAL SALE.
- All accessories, jewelry, and products with an adhesive base (nipple covers and adhesive bras) are FINAL SALE.
- All discounted/clearance items are a FINAL SALE; not eligible for refund or exchange. This includes items from Clearance section, Boxing Day and Semi-Annual Bra Sales.
- Items returned in any condition other than that in which they were originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. (i.e. deodorant stains, smoke smell, pet hair, pet stains, sewn-in manufacturer’s tags removed)
- We do not offer price adjustments.
- Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
