We ship all orders from our boutique in Nelson, BC using trusted partners: UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. Every parcel includes tracking so you can follow your order from our shop to your door.

All U.S. orders are subject to shipping charges. We no longer offer a free-shipping minimum for U.S. destinations.

Final Sale Policy
Due to prepaid duties and taxes, all U.S. orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges from the USA.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to our customers in the following countries:  Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, our responsibility ends. We rely on the carrier’s delivery confirmation as proof.

If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the carrier to investigate. To avoid issues, double-check your shipping address and provide a secure delivery location whenever possible.

We do our best to ensure smooth shipping, but we cannot guarantee the security of packages after delivery confirmation, and refunds are not available for packages marked as delivered with proof from the carrier.

Shopping local? Pay for your order online, and we’ll notify you by email as soon as it’s ready to pick up at our boutique in Nelson, BC.

  • Orders are processed as they are received during our regular business hours, excluding local, national, and BC statutory holidays.
  • Orders placed outside store hours will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please check our current business hours before coming to the boutique.
