Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the designated carrier, our responsibility for the package ends. We rely on the delivery confirmation provided by the carrier as proof of delivery. In the event that a customer claims non-receipt of a delivered package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Esprit de la Femme is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address at the time of purchase and to provide a secure delivery location to minimize the risk of package theft.
While we strive to provide the best possible shipping experience, we cannot guarantee the actions of third-party carriers or the security of packages after delivery confirmation, and will not issue refunds for missing packages marked as delivered with proof of delivery.

Simply pay for your order online, and we will notify you by email when it is ready to pick up. Please take note of our current business hours.
Orders are processed as they are received, during our regular business hours, excluding local holidays, and national and BC provincial statutory holidays. Orders placed outside store hours are processed the next business day.
