"Due to the high impact and compression nature of this sports bra, it may not fit exactly like your traditional bra. The sturdiness of the cup is ideal for high impact activities, but you might find that sizing up one cup size, but remaining in your usual band size, gets you a feel that's closer to your everyday bra. For example, if you usually wear a 34D, we would suggest a 34E. This will allow for a bit more room through the band and cup while still providing you High Impact Sport support."
