We've modelled the size and weight after our favourite vintage French scarves to create chic, easy to wear designs for every day use. Wear them wrapped once around the neck, tucked in to a jacket, or tied in the hair. Crafted from soft viscose, the fabric is a lighter, airier weight than our kimonos, with the same beautifully soft feel.

Featuring Dante Gabriel Rossetti’s iconic portrait of Joan of Arc— completed only days before his death — it masterfully depicts one of history’s most extraordinary figures. Born a humble peasant, Joan rose to lead the French army as a young woman inspired by divine visions and a profound sense of purpose. Her courage to challenge societal norms and her unwavering belief in her mission made her a symbol of strength, resilience, and grace.
The florals in our print, taken from centuries-old paintings, represent the enduring beauty of faith and perseverance, while the trim — featuring a hand-coloured drawing of stained-glass church windows — pays homage to the sacred spaces where Joan found solace. Generally speaking, Pixie Dusters, Matinée Dusters, and Opera Dusters will comfortably fit up to a size 16 (depending on your bust size etc), while Goddess Dusters will fit up to a size 20.
Care
Care
Hand-wash by swishing your piece around in cool or lukewarm water with a mild detergent for a minute or two before rinsing. {Avoid leaving your piece to soak, since this can weaken natural fibres over time.)
Lightly squeeze out the excess water, then roll up in a towel to remove additional moisture. Gently shake out and reshape your piece in all directions, and hang or lay flat to dry. Finish with an iron or steamer if needed :)
