Final Sale Policy
Due to prepaid duties and taxes, all U.S. orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges from the USA.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to our customers in the following countries:  Australia, New Zealand.

  • Tracked Parcels: Tracking is included for peace of mind
  • Estimated Delivery: Economy international delivery times vary by destination

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, our responsibility ends. We rely on the carrier’s delivery confirmation as proof.

If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the carrier to investigate. To avoid issues, double-check your shipping address and provide a secure delivery location whenever possible.

We do our best to ensure smooth shipping, but we cannot guarantee the security of packages after delivery confirmation, and refundsky are not available for packages marked as delivered with proof from the carrier.
